Forget about all the mistakes and worries from 08, let's start fresh!
The start of a new year is usually a good time to start any changes in your life that
you might want to do, a good old new years resolution is probably a healthy thing.
I'm thinking that I will try to make some more textures packs in 2009,
also I should look into the different new ways to making materials,
but as my spare time is just dwindling away I am not to sure that it will happen.
Anyway, I wish you all a fun 2009!

That's probably what you have been doing lately, but I on the other hand
have been quite busy! :D
I have now updated all my HL2 Source texture packs with thumb viewers as I
have heard from time to time that it would be useful.
You can now easily check if a texture pack contains just the texture you are looking for.
The jpg's are quite bad though and loading time can be long if the pack is big,
but this is the only way I can get it working atm.
(I'm planning all future releases to contain a thumb viewer.)
Better dig out the old santa hat and start ringing the bells cos

Some HATE it and some LOVE it, I choose to cheese it up, at least it makes me laugh.

I've had these textures on my hard drive for a while wanting to make a DM map.
That's not going to happen so I better let them loose.
My theme was old school sci-fi, a touch of Aliens and some Star Wars mixed in,
loads of selfillum, translucent and decal textures in the pack.
Why is it called Kore I hear you say...
Well my map was going to be aboard a space ship called just that. ;)
Oh and I added a sort of thumbnail view thing for this pack,
all though really bad quality on the jpg's it gives you an idea.
If it works out ok I might add that for all the texture packs.
OMG it's finally done...
I took me quite some time to finish the skins for Sam's Panther,
but I am happy to say it's done now.
3 versions, a beige zimmerit a green camouflage and a winter camouflaged tank prop.
I hope someone somewhere still needs these. ;)

HaJ has just had a news update that's worth checking out.
With the new playtest team they have started to get a propper feel of the maps
and things are speeding up in production.
Funny thing is, you might be the one holding the key for HaJ's future release.
They need a few more team members and without them there will be no release. We desperately need someone to help us complete our German player model as our current one is “on loan” from Day of Defeat.
So if you want to help out, head over and spred the happy news. :) Ham and Jam
spine 01/07/2009 22:30 Sorry, things are very quiet here atm and it will continue to be so for the rest of the summer, I am very busy off line but hope things will pick up here around august or so, see you then.
